Minimum Concrete to be used for footing, Column, Slab and Beams should not be less than M15 Grade

Aggregrate should be Angular in shape, hard, Clean and Normal  Concrete with Thickness of 100 mm and above should be used Aggregate of Graded from 20mm and downward and thickness of 40mm to 100 mm graded from 12mm and downward should be used.

Sand should be of good quality and no case the total of all undesirable substances exceed five percentage of total weight.

Brick should be of stander Rectangle shaped, Burnt Red, Crushing Strength not less than 3.5n/mm2

The Wall thickness of minimum half brick and maximum of one brick should be maintained.

Mortar of 1:6 and 1:4 for one brick and half brick thick wall

Plaster Cement sand not lesser than ratio of 1:6

Reinforcing bar should be free from loose mill scale , dust, rust and coat of paint and others. Mild steel bar of fy=250 N/mm2 – 550N/mm2 strength bar should be used.

Column Plan : 4.5 x 3.0 m bays

Number of Storeys : three Storey Height

1st storey : 3.2 m floor to floor

Upper storey : 2.8 m floor to floor

Wall Thicknesses : up to 115 mm thick brick wall or equivalent for all internal walls and up to 230 mm thick brick wall or equivalent for all external walls

Cantilever Floor Projection : 1.0 m (from centre-line of beam)

Concrete mix : M15 (15 N/mm² cube crushing strength at 28 days) minimum

Reinforcement : Fe250 (minimum yield strength = 250 N/mm²),

Fe415 (minimum yield strength = 415 N/mm²),

Fe550 (minimum yield, strength = 550 N/mm²)

The wall should not be more than 1m

The Stirrups shall be maintained at the space of not more than 100mm till first 600mm from their end and rest the mid section can be increased to half the depth of the section.

Lap Length should not be less than 60 times the diameter of the bar, Lap should not be there in Beam Column Joint and it should start at least 600mm away from the joint.
